BME Fenntartó Zrt., the company maintaining BME, which is currently transforming to a new operational framework, held its first general assembly on 22 July when the company’s board of directors was elected. In addition to Péter Ratatics, BME Rector Hassan Charaf, and József Simola, CFO of MOL Group, became members of the board.
The elected board approved BME’s Organizational and Operational Regulations, which were voted by the BME Senate on June 20. Based on the new regulations, the university’s General Directorate for Economics and Technology was established, to be led by Dávid Bauer from September on.
